Privacy Policy
AeroSite LLC ("AeroSite", "we", "us") designs websites and runs marketing for local businesses in Naperville, Illinois and the surrounding area. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It covers our website (aerositellc.com), our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and how we deal with you by phone, text and email.
What we collect
| Where | What |
|---|---|
| Our website contact form | Your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, an optional preferred meeting date and time, and where you came from (for example, an ad or a search). |
| Facebook and Instagram lead forms | The answers you give on the form (such as your name, business name, email, phone number and whether you have a website). Meta passes these to us, together with the name of the ad campaign that showed you the form. |
| Browsing our website | Pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, your device type, and how the form is used. This is tied to a random anonymous visit ID, not to your name. |
| Contacting or working with us | What you tell us by phone, text and email, and, if you become a client, project, billing and support information. |
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics). It uses cookies to record how visitors use the site: clicks, taps, scrolling and page views, as anonymous session recordings and heatmaps. It helps us find parts of the site that confuse people. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Browser storage. We keep the source of your visit (for example the ad you clicked) in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, and an anonymous visit ID for the length of your visit. We use these to understand which marketing works and to note, if you contact us, how you found us.
- We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on this website, and we do not take payments on it.
- Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). A small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to tell Meta when someone who clicked one of our ads visits this site or sends the contact form, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested. It receives the pages viewed, the action taken (for example "form submitted"), the ad click, and technical details such as your IP address, browser and cookie identifiers. It does not load if you opt out below or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. See Meta's privacy policy.
- We do not take payments on this website.
Your choice. We honor your browser's "Global Privacy Control" and "Do Not Track" signals automatically, and you can opt out of analytics and ad measurement on this device at any time:
How we use it
- To reply to you, set up a meeting, and send a proposal.
- To send a confirmation of your request and messages about it.
- To call, text or email you about your request. If you give us your number we may call or text you; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- To understand and improve our website and our advertising.
- To run our relationship with you if you become a client: projects, invoices, support and reports.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. Through the Meta Pixel described above, Meta receives limited visit information about people who click our ads; some state laws call that "sharing" for advertising. You can stop it at any time with the opt-out above or with Global Privacy Control.
Who handles your information
We use a small number of service providers, and they handle information only to provide their services to us: Supabase (our database), Hostinger (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), Microsoft (Clarity analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions, campaign and site statistics, and client records for as long as we find them useful to run our business, and we decide when to remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Security
Access to our records is limited to the AeroSite team and protected by sign-in controls, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Emails. Every marketing or follow-up email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email us.
- Texts and calls. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we will stop.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- State privacy rights. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights, such as to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
- State privacy rights. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights, such as to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Because the Meta Pixel can count as "sharing" for advertising in some states, you can opt out of it with the button above or with Global Privacy Control, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
How to ask us to delete your data
Email contact@aerositedigital.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name, email address or phone number you gave us. We will confirm it is you, delete what we hold (except records we must keep by law, such as invoices), and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm to you that it is done. If you gave us your information through a Facebook or Instagram form, you can also manage it in your Facebook or Instagram account settings; deleting it there does not delete our copy, so email us as well.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
